Both of these custom straight razors were commissioned from the same client!
He told me 3 simple things: Damascus, wood, and I love Texas.
So, I came up with razors that reflected just that. I have been wanting to make good twin, bad twin razors for a long time and am happy I was able to do so, with creative freedom!
For the first I went with AcrylStab wood, a mokume wedge, Damascus blade, and plenty of flint knapping and brass. See below:
For the second razor I went with clean smooth lines and decided to add the state of Texas along with his initials inside. The wood is curly maple burl with a mokume wedge.
