JACOB RAY RAZORS Returns and Refunds Policy I accept refunds and exchanges under the following circumstances. My goal is for you to be 100% satisfied. If you aren’t satisfied please submit the form below:
Returns My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. During Christmas this is extended to January 10th. I strive for a great customer experience, if you are unhappy, send me an email outlining the details. Razors, soaps, and brushes are not eligible for return (unless defective), this is due to hygiene concerns. To be eligible for a return on another product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 10% restocking fee and the shipping cost I paid to ship to you will be deducted from your refund amount. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds: No refunds will be granted after purchase or deposit made, these are handmade, custom items: you are paying for my time and expertise, and you are taking a space away from another customer. I am a one man shop and things take time, this time is outlined on my shipping page. If you request a refund after purchase, it will not be granted. You are paying for my time, skill, and your final product. If in the rare chance I go over my crafting time line, no refund is offered. I am a one man shop, I do everything within my power to complete all razors in time. Broken in Transit: In the small chance your package is broken in transit, I will remake your razor and return it within 4 days to you. I do not offer refunds for razors broken in transit, I do offer remakes. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at [email protected] Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, submit the form below:

Shipping is your responsibility and I suggest using a registered and trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
